Every American deserves the freedom to be who they are and love who they love without fear of discrimination, violence, or government interference. LGBTQ+ rights are fundamental human rights, and they are non-negotiable. Now more than ever we are seeing attacks by the Supreme Court on fundamental rights. I'll speak out against any overturning of same-sex marriage and I'll ensure that the Respect for Marriage Act (so that all same-sex marriage is recognized in every state) is respected and recognized.
